Having to use 4 waste gates sucks. But I don't see how eliminating 2 with a equal size "brand name" waste gate will make it manage boost control any better, or the same.
My Chinese waste gates work perfect on my Mustang.
Either way, I hope it works for you!

Iv heard that their wastegates do not control boost very well, which im not sure why or what makes them different from any other(im sure design). Were going to try the stock configuration and if that works ok im going to run with it for the rest of the year.

Ive heard the same about the On3 units so hopefully you see some improvement with the Tials. What boost pressure are you shooting for?

My build has had some progress but it's been very slow going due to recently adding a new baby to the household and crazy work hours. I've still yet to see if I'll need to run a scavenge pump like you did or not. I did have to buy new fittings to try to run the drains differently in hopes that I can prevent that but we will see. If it werent for all the changes ive made to make things work better or look better, I'd probably be done by now. Not necessarily in a hurry but this has taken at least twice as long as I had intended at this point and I'm still not 100%.

I know On3 made the kit around an LS7 so they had to keep the boost levels a bit lower due to higher compression. I'm wondering if trying to run say 10-12 lbs vs. their 5 or 6 would be a little easier on the 2 wastegate option. Ive given this a lot of thought since it would really simplify things on the setup. Either way, very curious to see your results and also looking forward to you actually having the car on the ground and running, I know its been a journey for you.

Im thinking it will be around 12-14lbs, I hope just two gates work. Depending on how this kit works the rest of the summer, this winter I would like to upgrade to a paid of Garrett GT3582's. I think I can fab up drain lines so I wont have to use a scavenger pump. On3 turbos are junk and leak no matter what, they said a 3582 will fit in the housing made for this kit. So with a decent turbo in there I think you could get away with no scavenger pump. Id also like to route the dump tubes for the gates into the down pipe, it looks like it would be super easy since they dump right next to the down pipes.

Yeah I was told the same thing by On3 about the Garret cartridges fitting. Youre running twice or more boost than what they were running so Im sure that'll improve your odds of the 2 gate option working, plus you have less exhaust volume seeing as youre not a 7 liter. Both of those have me thinking you'll be just fine with 2 good gates. Hell, you may even be good with just 2 of the on3 gates at that boost pressure and motor size. You may want to try that out before you go spend on new gates. I'm sure your tuner can enable boost cut to be safe.

Going to be a long couple weeks waiting for my car to get back, any guesses on what it will make? Im guessing 720 at the wheels on a mustang dyno.

My single cast wheel On3 88mm dyno'd well and continues to work flawlessly. eboost2 controlled 6-13lbs with 2 ebay 46mm wastegates. I'm pulling the 7lb springs out this weekend to install 9lb springs and see what 18lbs looks like.

What fuel are you running? I'm 11:1 compression on a stock bottom end and couldn't push past 9lbs on 93 octane without drastically dropping timing. e85 and 21* gave me 851hp with tire spin @ 13lbs.

What fuel system? Ill be on E85 but I think the pump will run out pretty quick, I just put a walbro 450 in.

http://www.airpowersystems.com/corvette/apscc6-fss09/fuel_system.htm

this unit came with the used cxracing kit I bought from a forum member. not sure of the size of each pump, but it had plenty left in it @ 13lbs. 1050x injectors were at 66% on that run as well. Little room to grow before upgrading them.

It will be interesting to see what happens, I bought 1200CC injectors but I still think my pump is going to be too small for my 800rwhp goal.

It has to be getting close to being done as it's been close to a couple of weeks. Any updates?

I haven't heard anything yet. Its been 3 weeks now, my garage is getting lonely. He said he was about 3-4 weeks out when I dropped it off so hopefully it is back soon.

No real updates on the car, stopped by Wednesday and they had the fuel system done. Suppose to get the car back in a couple days. But I did pick up a set of new welds

Really interested in seeing some numbers. I know you'll make more than me with a bigger motor and cam, but at least ill have an idea. When I talked to On3 they said they had an LS7 car making 890whp and he felt that was about max effort on this setup. Not sure of all the details on that setup or if it was straight pump gas or not, but I'm curious to see where youre at.

Well more and more bad news. Car was on the dyno last night, tuner was adjusting stuff which required to start and stop the car a few times. About the 3-4 time the starter went up in smoke. Pulled the car off and fixed the starter. Put the car back on the dyno today and could not get it to idle correctly, cylinder two was noticeably colder. Did a compression check and showed about 25psi. Going to do a leak down test and hope for the best.

Might be time to throw in a truck iron block with some opened up ring gaps and turn it up
