Default On3 Turbo Build

Finally picked up an On3 kit! I know everyone has been curious about this kit, everything looks very well put together. I'm not sure when I will be digging into the actual build, there are still a couple trips I have planned with my car so it might be a couple weeks before I start.
I want to run E85 so the plan is DMS flex fuel kit, walbro 450, BAP and injectors. Not sure on what injectors to get, any recommendations? I would like to be around 600whp for now but have the fuel to support 800 later on.

That kit looks so nice! I think I may jump on that this coming year. Even if the turbos crap out, you can replace the CHRAs with Garrett units.I have been on the fence between ECS/AA and this option. I really like the idea of turbos over the blower.

I'm sure this kit will take more time to put on then a regular blower but I'm hoping the power cure is a lot smoother then a regular aa kit or procharger

Surprisingly enough, that looks fairly well thought out. Do you know of anyone pushing the kit right now? If you could run a 3586 in that housing it would be a dream crusher.

I have heard of a couple people but no real information from them, I'm not sure what turbos will swap with their housings. From what IV read these turbos have about the same specs as the Hurron C5 kit?

Looks like a nice setup. For injectors, I would go with ID 1050X at a minimum or ID 1300s for room to grow.

Welds are decent, not to sure I like how they did the manifolds. But can't complain to much for the price of these kits.

How long ago did you order this kit? I thought I heard they were going to a single setup.

I purchased this kit from a forum member but as far as I know they are still making this kit. I would assume if they went to single it would be just like cx racing kit with no ac or bumper exit.

Are ID1300 really worth the $1,800 price tag? That seems ridiculous for injectors

They are if you want to have room to grow. If you limit the build to 800whp, the ID1050X should suffice with the right pump.

Damn that’s a cheap turbo kit

How much power should it be good for? The torque of turbos sure is fun.

It’s unlikely I’ll feel like screwing with my setup anytime soon but still interested to see how this option works out

You should be able to find ID1300X’s for a bit cheaper than that unless they’ve gone up since last time I looked for some

I'm not sure power wise, theoretical it's the same principle as a trixx or hurron kit with close to the same turbos. Somewhat same to a UPP kit too, and they are making anywhere from 500-1000. I'm thinking around 800 is where it will peak on this kit. Guess we'll find out.
What's wrong with fast or bosch injectors? Around $600 for 80lb, don't wanna skimp on but don't need the craziest stuff either....

Big injectors (1000cc or better) tend to idle/cruise poorly in low demand scenarios. The ID injectors are mapped very well and have stock like manners in the same conditions. E85 helps alleviate the symptoms as the demand per rev is 33% higher than 93 for a given volume of air. YMMV

1000s will do 800 if you have the pump for it. for 600hp they'll do just fine. 450s dont much like BAPs

I'm open to any suggestions on a fuel system, I'm not sure what the best setup would be I just want it to be able to support 800whp
