Will corsa Sport show any gains on my system over base S/C
I'm running an A&A vortec kit with 1 7/8 ARH headers to a stock base C6 exhaust.
Just wondering if a Corsa sport will show any gains at all over stock?
Right now, the car sounds stock exhaust wise, which I kind of like. Wouldn't mind a little better sound under acceleration, but want to be able to talk on phone without issue under normal driving conditions.

If performance is your goal, there are MUCH better areas to spend money. You may gain 2-5hp, and it will be a lot louder.
Add meth and drop a pulley size if you want more power.

I knew it wouldn't be much bang for the buck. I just wasn't sure if stock exhaust was a restriction at this point. I was at 520's rwhp before the headers. X pipe does have cats. I'm assuming 550 ish now. I haven't had a change to get it on the dyno
I kind of don't want to do meth at this point.

Agreed HP wise bang for the buck totally not worth it..if HP is your only goal.
Mine is about the same HP as yours. I have ZR1 exhaust with Corsa Sport and it is pretty loud at WOT. Normal driving it's not loud at all.

Stock 2.5" system has made over 1400rwhp. So once you get in that range, upgrade.
Meth is the hands down best bang for the buck for not only performance, but added safety.

It depends if you have thew true base C6 axle back or the 2.5" NPP. I wouldn't bother with NPP but there are gains to be had over the true base exhaust.

I love my NPP exhaust since can open it up and be loud and sounds great, and then close it and the car is super quiet. it wasn't expensive to get a used on and then have local shop weld it up and when open those exhausts have been run at 1200+ whp

Sound alone is worth it imo. Love my Corsa Sports! Not to mention the bigger tips look cool too.

I've had both NPP's and Corsa Sports behind a blown (with cam) mid 600's LS3. The Corsa Sports are quiet at cruise and scream at WOT. That's with long tubes and no cats. You'll hear them a little on an upgrade, but for flat ground cruising they're pretty much quiet. Good choice if you don't want to do a little plumbing for the NPP's. It's really quite simply though. A couple of vacuum lines and wiring 12 V current to one of the cubby holes (where the Mild to Wild switched vacuum pot resides) is all there is to it.
Your HP increase will be well beyond 6hp that you get with the NPP muffs. As HP goes up, so does the amount of restriction in the mufflers. When my '08 was cam only, it made 475 wheel with the flaps open and 20 hp less with them closed. The stock mufflers, I'm sure, are better than the NPP's closed, but that illustrates my point.

Gain noise, drone, and headaches.

Burning Brakes
LS7 - ECS supercharger, LT's, catted X pipe, Corsa
Zero drone, reasonably quiet cruising
LS9 - cammed, Procharger F1A, LT's, catted X pipe, no sound deadening behind seats due to roll bar, Corsa
Still zero drone, louder then the above combo but still very liveable cruising

I agree with this below. Mine are very quite when I want them to be. Extremely quite. No drone either...loud at WOT though.
