Default Turbo cat replacement input

Does anyone make a 3” catalytic converter setup for a 3 bolt flanged downpipe on the input side and a straight pipe setup that goes into a Corsa x-pipe? Currently I’m using OEM cats with a flange custom welded on the input side and welded into a straight pipe bolting into he Corsa x.
I think my cats are shot. Looking for easiest way to replace without having to go to a muffler shop. Any ideas would be appreciated including if any vendor makes this custom setup or cat delete pipe.

Aa cat delete pipe is not legal on a street car. Anything to do with eliminating emissions equipment is frowned upon by those within the employ of the EPA.

If it was my track car, I would just punch out the guts of the existing cats and reinstall them on the car. I would never give you that advice for a street car.............

Yeah I thought about gutting them...I really would like to replace them though predominately because of the raw gas smell.

Looking for something like this in 3” that will bolt to downpipe on input side. Output side can be unflanged. Magnaflow has a ton of these but their tech sales can’t help with custom applications.

I tend to run rich with my tune especially during startup before closed loop kicks in. I would prefer to just use the cats as I could care less about a few extra HP at 850RW now, it’s looking like I will just need to go the custom route at this point. No big deal, Lingenfelter just welded a 3 bolt flange to a set of stock 2005 C6 cats on the input side and welded the output side to the mid pipe. I just need to find a new set that have a straight pipe vs bend that the Z06 cats have. Thought someone might have done something like this with a Magnaflow piece or other aftermarket.

After going through stock cats and then a set or ARH cats, I gave up and run none. They just don't hold up well with higher boost in my experience.

Lingenfelter felt a 850rwhp car could use stock LS2 (2.5") cats? Wow...

If you find a cat that can stand up to 850whp, many folks would be interested. In my research, many guys w/ stock ZR1's melted the stock 3" cats (LS3 are 2.5").

New build does t have mufflers let alone cats. I’m expecting whpr to be double that of my old build. I melted Kooks hi flow cats at 760whpr using a mix of 109/93 and meth.

O.K. ...where did yours done. I need about 14” intermediate 3” pipe with standard 3 bolt down pipe flange going into Corsa 3” x pipe. If I can stick a straight pipe in there in place of the stock cats I can keep my wideband bung in front of the flange and o2 sensors after. I don’t really have a good custom muffler shop I trust locally.

TT, the best option for you may be to just pick up some universal cats and have a local exhaust shop zap them on there. You should be able to get in and out of there for about 1/2 to 1hrs worth of labor. We do not know of any manufacturers that offer an off the shelf cat solution for that specific setup at this time.
