Default cam too big for nitrous?

Recently got into the LS platform (previous turbo import guy) and bought a c6 z06 a couple months back been cleaning up the car and doing a bunch of stuff to it but right now my most recent thought is spraying a small 100 shot on it. Only issue ive been having is i think my cam might be too big. i have trickflow heads and a Lingenfelter GT21 cam (243/259 duration @ .050 lift -.691/.702 lift) ive searched and searched and havnt found anyone running this cam with any spray on it. Im also not a nitrous expert either but been looking at grabbing a msd intake and been up and down on getting it plumbed for spray. any thoughts or advice?

That cam will work fine with nitrous, imho. I would worry more about the block and pistons (if they’re stock) being able to take the cylinder pressure that nitrous will produce on a LS7 with good heads and a cam, but I would think that a “100 shot” should be fine. Don’t be surprised if it makes like 125-150hp extra and 200++ft lbs of torque with a standard 100 shot jet.

I run a much larger cam and it loves it. Picked up nearly 300rwhp on 225hp jetting.

I make close to 800whp on a SBE, 150 DRY shot, 248/260 111LSA cam, and 12.3 compression.

Just send it.
