Default Edelbrock e-Force side-covers?

Do you keep your Edelbrock e-Force side covers installed or off?

Default Edelbrock fuel rail covers

For daily driving I leave them on. At the track or drag strip they are left home as they get hot and really hold in the heat since they are metal! No harm leaving them off!

I keep mine off. I put them on at car shows.
