This certainly isn't the preferred way, but here's how I did mine. It would have been better to run the feed straight to the rail then run a -4AN end/hose from the Schrader valve to the regulator. But.. this way has worked fine for me.

Schrader valve sealing surface is screwed up on mine so I couldn't put a -4AN fitting on it.

I don't know about preferred method but I did add a bracket that holds the FPR to the intake so it doesn't put stress on the schrader braze joint.

Awesome write-up on your fuel system, in the process and learning, as we speak, one question, how did you run a return line, and is it one of the lines in the top of the pump? Sorry if I missed it
