Default d3pe fan s/c install help

z06 radiator just installed d3pe fans. Already have spacers in radiator support. The YSI is so close to fans i cant even get boot in. The bolt to fan is hitting the A&A charge pipe. I think by loosening the radiator support i can get boot/clamp in and then tighten back up but i dont think this will work anymore. Need advise on setups... was thinking buying a 6" hose and a 90 and let it smoosh against radiator whatever needs...?

Ideally I would take off the rad support and lower the mounts. And obviously move that hose from between the rad and dongle.

I cut off the rad brackets and moved them as low as possible. This lowers the rad without losing ground clearance.

Just remember the C6 is aluminum not like the C5 cradle. Welding can be a bit more of an issue if you cant do it yourself.

I don't think you have to but mine was off at the time. I didn't measure but I'd estimate a couple of inches.

I did this mod to my support and I still have to run spacers for the A&A kit but not nearly as big as what the kit came with. I'm working on it currently. Looks like I can run the small ones in back and then just a few washers in front and it'll clear. I have Dewitt's rad and fans
