Default LS7 MAF IAT Breakout - Temp Rescaling?

I purchased the ECS PNP IAT breakout kit for the LS7 maf and it appears they use an LS1 push in style IAT. After installing I'm seeing that IAT's are reading ~15* cooler than ambient and prior to doing the breakout I would see IAT's close to ambient when cruising. Do I have to rescale the IAT Sensor Cal and if so, does anyone know the resistance/temp scaling for that sensor?

IAT Sensor P/N: 5029 / 4A (Push-in style)

If you change the IAT it needs to be rescaled. I use an IAT2 sensor from and LSA/9 on most LS3/7 applications when breaking out the IAT from MAF

Same.

Find an application that uses that sensor from the factory and copy the data from the factory tune.

Thanks for the responses. I'd like to use the sensor they sent so that I don't have to pay twice and just rescale for that style. I did some quick searching for LSA/LS9 IAT2 sensors, but I'm seeing all threaded versions. I've already got the grommet installed for push-in style, do they sell those sensors in that style? I'll probably weld a bung over the winter but looking for a quick solution. Otherwise I'll just adjust the current temp scale to read closer to what it was before.

If it's the sensor I think it is I'd pull the data from a GTO, but without seeing it I'm not sure. I couldn't find the part number you mentioned earlier. I have the push in style on mine but without seeing it can't tell if it's the same. The metal threaded ones seem to heat soak a little more. I had one of those originally but switched to the push in/grommet style one

Here's an image that I snapped of the sensor, I'll have to double-check but didn't cars that utilize this sensor reference %, whereas it's measured as resistance in the E38?

I have a push in one, but it is the OEM caddy push in one. Looks nothing like that.

not to state the obvious but give ECS a call. they will be able to tell you exactly what to write .

Maybe ECS can tell you what to do since they supplied it.
