Default Best injectors for 700-800whp?

Hey guys,

2013 grandsport w/ ecs 1500 kit and meth. Just pulled the restrictor and am maxing out 60lbs injectors that come with the kit. Which injectors do you guys recommend to be safe for this power level and leave me a little room to grow? I know I am opening a can of worms at this power level and eventually will need to upgrade fuel system, clutch, and engine along with the injectors to be reliable. Just curious what everyone is running?

Thanks,

Jack

Best=ID. Pick a size but at least 1050s, if not 1300s.

fic (fuel injector connection) is also worth a look, I have had good results with their 127s and will be trying out their 1650s pretty soon

Thanks guys,

Would the 1300's leave me enough room to go e85 if I decide to go that route later on? Is injector data readily available for those for hp tuners?

All depends on pump and pressure .Also if you have meth or not .Could get 900-1000 easy enough

FIC 127s would be my personal opinion but see no issue with others posted here if you have the budget. There are a couple used sets of FIC 127s for sale right now that are a good deal. I would recommend paying someone $80 to clean and flow any used injector you purchase though. Make sure you get an injector you can get the data for as well. Most posted here can be easily found or obtained using a google search or by calling the manufacturer.

Cool, I'd like to end up in the 800 range and would like a little extra room to grow so would probably end up w/ 1050's, or 1300's

I got off the dyno a few weeks ago. I’ve got Fuel Injection Connection 142’s. At 18lbs of boost and E85 I was at 700 RWHP. Tires were spinning a bit but the injector duty cycle was at 81 %. Base pressure set at 58lbs.

ID’s for injectors and a Mantic twin or triple depending on power level. I have 1700s replacing my 1300s and a triple.

I ran BT blower cam, heads and stuff with the Novi 1500. 1050x and Ethanol they are pretty maxed at 750. Meth will get you to 850ish.
You WILL need lots of fuel for ethanol. I have walbro 450 in tank and A&A external double pumper.
Need 30% more fuel deliver for E85 over 91.

ID1050X suppose to be 1065. They tested 970-1000.
Just had them opened up by AUS. 1262’s now.
1300’s give you room to grow.

Get ahold of ECS or A&A. Look at direct drive as well with 8rib.

We carry options form several injector companies. For the money you can't beat FIC, they are flow matched and come with data.
