Agree on pinning the crank.. I’ve seen one come loose on a turbo setup, 800’ish rwhp

Unfortunately, no hot side progress this week. We did come up with a plan. Those LSA manifolds are not gonna work for the driver side. It’s too close to the steering shaft joint. I’ll be using the OEM LS2/LS3 manifolds. Probably won’t have anything for another 2 weeks or so. I’m going out of town later this week.
I did wire up the boost controller, relocate my wideband to the driver side a/c vent, cleaned up some old wiring, mounted my catch can, torqued the crank bolt, trimmed the bumper to fit with the intercooler(went a little crazy but doesn’t look bad), changed the trans fluid with some fresh Pennzoil Synchromesh, looped the trans cooler lines, and a few other small things.
Worked till midnight 3 days in a row, lol.

Ordered some of the materials I need to make the merge pipe. 4 2.5" v-bands, 1 4" v-band, 2.5" divided T4 flange with legs, o2 sensor bung. Hoping to drop the car off on Sunday. My fab guy says it should be a 1 week turn around. Once that is done, I'll have the hot side coated and try to find a cathedral intake to borrow until my BTR intake gets here. I need to put some miles on my clutch before I can really lay into the tuning.
Who do you guys like for injector flow bench testing?

I need to look for a throttle body. I have an 08 model that came standard with a silver blade TB. From what I've read, I can use either the silver or gold as long as it's tuned for the one I'm using. I was tuned for a NW102 and I've read that people use the internals from the gold blade TBs to fix broken NW TBs. Is either TB better than the other, gold or silver?

Hmmm...I've always read the earlier LS2 silver blade TB's have the stronger motor versus the LS3/LS7 gold blade TB's. Brand new GM silver blade TB's cost at least double what the gold blade TB's do as well.

Great looking build! I recently switched from silver to gold on my 07'. Started up fine, idles fine, and cruises without issue on my car with no codes thrown. I replaced the silver blade due to REP and wanting to get something newer/stronger for boost since this is the motor NW uses. My logic is if you can tune for a NW102 there should be no reason why you couldn't get a gold blade to work. I didn't adjust anything in the tune either, but my car is running an ECU from a 2010 C6Z which may have something to do with it.
Hoping to drop the car off to have the hot side done up, this week.

Going to mock up the hot side on my own. Ordered some manifolds that will hopefully make it a little easier for me. Just need to decide if I want to have the merge above or below the turbo. That is, if there is enough room to route the merge below.

Dang, what happened to dropping it off for the hot side to be done? Either way I am looking forward to how it is routed. I like how everything is coming together so far.

Finally have some updates!
Got the hot side mocked up and welded with the help from a few friends. Came out awesome!
Had to move the relay box out of the way and modify one of the runners on the driver side manifold.
Gonna order the fittings and **** that I need to plumb the feed and return, some Spal fans to replace the shitty CX racing ones, Ordered some aluminum for the cold side, and 4” bends for the exhaust.
I am working on wastegate placement next and a way to brace the hot side.
My tuner hooked me up with a Fore triple pump system and it’s on the way. Primary is a 450 and two 525s secondary. FC3 controller and the works.
