Default Dyno time need suggestions

Car is going to the dyno to get tuned in on Tuesday. Its a LS7 427, 12:1 comp, E85, Proefi128. Block is stock sleeved and all forged internals, done up heads

. Where should I stop HP/ boost level, as to Not hurt the engine?? Turbo set up is good for over 1200rwhp.. Thinking of stopping at 900rwhp? Hopefully tuner is very good.

Boost number doesn’t matter. I would say 900whp is playing it safe with stock sleeves. I make 874whp on e85 with an A&A kit. I have forged pistons, but stock rods, crank, and sleeves. I’m also at 10:1 compression. I wouldn’t want to push it any further without sleeving the block.
