Seeing that bolt break(what grade bolt was it?) Iíd suspect to much belt tension. Just my initial thoughts.

Not sure on the grade man, whatever comes with ProChargers kit I guess. To much tension would be surprising though since I had less tension with the new belt and both hash marked were lined up perfectly if you look at the pictures I posted earlier. I mean I guess itís definitely possible since I did my own work and Iím definitely no where near a professional. Not sure if a higher grade bolt would have been better or worse though.

Bolts break from them loosening or backing out. Then the stress goes into the bolt instead of the bracket. I would bet the bolt was backing out.

Kinda what I was thinking the way it broke and that it needed just enough rpm to torque it enough at an angle to snap it, now why it backed out? How to prevent it again? Or how to check it in the future Iíd need some insight from you on that....or it just is what it is....**** happens, bolts back out

Locktite and regular checks. Go over them all every oil change or so.
