I have never seen a bracket like that before is it designed to be mounted in a certain place or where ever you find a spot.

Yes, designed to mount to the existing 20 mm threaded holes on your block.

I went on your site and looked at the pictures, looks very nice but will that fit with a procharger and braket in that place or would I need to mount somewhere else. Thanks

It sounds like you'll only be able to use one of the mounting holes on our bracket.
