The used ones normally go for $40-$60 less than new. I ended up buying a new. Boy is it nice. Good luck with your search

Just get a new one.Why try to say 40-50 bucks??New gets registered in your name and all that and they are there for the taking....and there was one on here for 330 the other day.fyi.

...and be careful - the LEOs are using a new radar out there that none of the detectors seem to be able to pick up!!!

There is no new radar, in the U.S. there is only X band, K band, Ka band, lidar at 904 nm, K band POP, and Ka band POP.

Another nice thing about the V-1, is they're upgrade offer. I had a unit from 1999, sent it in with a check for $185 and recieved a brand new complete up to date unit. Try that with any other brand.
