Let me get this straight. These bolt up to stock exhaust manifolds and stock rear over axle pipes. Do they trip a cel for cat efficiancy? The cutouts don't nlook like they are fully welded to the exhaust. Will they fit a 07 6speed automatic?

They will bolt up to your stock exhaust. But they will not bolt up to your stock catted system if that answers your question. If you have the Kooks headers then yes they will work on your car wither it be a auto or a manual. As far as the welding there are no leaks.
