Kev, for part #1593 would I need addtl parts not included to complete the install?
I already have 1 3/4 ARHeaders, hi flow cats & SLP exhaust, ported TB and tune.
I have stock A6 gearing, would I need to upgrade to a Z06 differential?

On the 1593, at minimum, you'll need a fuel pump. I know lots of guys running these with the stock rear, but I don't know what kinf of suspension mods they have, meaning, if they are hooking up all the power or just blowing the tires off the car.

The consensus from the Tech / Mod part of CF is; If you keep it between 500-550 to the ground (Flywheel is +18%) then you should be fine, if however you put sticky tires and track your vehicle regularly, then you may have to upgrade, like Kevin said, if you goo above the 500HP @ the flywheel, you need more fuel, so use a BAP or ZO6 fuel pump (part of the 1591 kit)

My 2009 is 611+rwhp and the Edelbrock has been on for over a year now. I don't drag race the car and I don't track it but I do enjoy the power...NO ISSUES.
My car...1591 kit w/Z06 pump, headers, mild cam, smaller 3.25" pulley and 65lb injectors

I have a stock rear end A6, but was gonna upgrade to either 3.15 or 3.42 (Z06 case) anyway. As far as suspension, leaf springs are stock, Bilsteins HD and Z51 sways.
When do you need new injectors?

When the sum total of your fuel demands exceeds the injectors capacity. My rule of thumb is when I see a car with an injector duty cycle beyond 90% I feel it's time for larger injectors. Larger injectors go hand-in-hand with a higher capacity fuel pump. If you put larger injectors on but don't have the fuel pump capacity to feed them then you've gotten nowhere.
The Edelbrock LS2/LS3 kits ship with injectors matched to the kit, 52lb Bosch injectors. These are the same injectors used in the ZR1 from the factory.

If your car is otherwise stock, you do not even need a tune. The E-Force ships with a handheld programmer with a tune for a stock car with the Edelbrock. The only difference between the 1590 and the 1591 kit is a smaller pulley and the Z06 fuel pump...and 45hp. The stock fuel pump works fine for the 1590 kit
