Are there any issues with heat build up in the housing and is it plug 'n play?

It is PLUG and PLAY. There are minimal condensation issues.

I have a second set of fog lamp housing that I have been saving so I guess it would be the perfect time to put the new lights in before installing them, huh?

Do you know if they will they pass a state inspection, say in the good ole state of Virginia?
