I don't know if I would call this guy an overly motivated seller.
Anybody know what is going on with this deal??? I made a couple phone calls with no answer,... short responses to my PM's??
I have cash in hand but I am feeling like its time to move on to other forum members items.

I sent a pm to EVERYONE the had responded to let them know when a deal was pending and when it fell through! Headers are sold! I have a life other than the forum as a matter of fact i have been in and out of the hospital and dr's office so guys give it a rest!
