hi been aroud cars a long time but what is a clock spring for a 2006 corvette and please dont tell me its for your clock

LOL. Its a spring device that connects to the steering wheel behind the air bag. It controls the airbag and Steering position sensors as well. If you break one you will get constant body codes on the car.
