Default *Free Ship* In-Stock Norris Motorsports Black Billet PCV Catch Cans $109.00

** ONLY BLACK COLORS ARE IN STOCK **

Quality made right here in Florida, USA, these PCV catch cans are a must on LSx powered vehicles due to the stock PCV systems allowing oil vapors into the intake tract. Over time these vapors can cause harmful buildup and power loss. Designed initally for the LSx engines, the adjustable mounting bracket makes it a universal fit for many applications. We have sold over 4500 units with no returns which is a tribute to their quality. You will not find another PCV oil catch can of this quality for this price. Here are a couple pics of where to locate the PCV hose on the 2001-2003 LS6 Z06 as well as all 2004 and up Vettes. The 2001-2003 LS6 Z06 will have a PCV valve in the hose where as the 2004 and up Vettes have just a hose.

These units will also work very well in supercharged and turbo applications. We do recommend utilizing a check valve on the PCV hose on a forced induction package if one is not already installed and most of the better forced induction packages will already have a check valve included in their kits. The purpose of the check valve is to keep boost pressure from getting to the crankcase via the PCV system. Magnacharger, Kenne-Bell, Whipple and any other positive displacement supercharger generally do not require a check valve as they will still pull their PCV hose from before the SC head un it and not experience boost on the crankcase.

On some forced induction and nitrous setups, as well as some very aggressive NA engines, some folks have chosen to run a second catch can on the breather hose to keep crankcase vapors from infiltrating the air intake from that side of the the throttle body. I would say that 25-30% of aggressive forced induction setups could use a second unit and 2-5% of NA cars with a proper ring package would benefit from a second unit. Feel free to call me to discuss your combo and I can suggest a proper package for you.

In the billet bracket there is a set screw to tighten the bracket down. This way you can orientate the can numerous ways instead of having a set bracket.

Just ordered one. I didn't see anywhere to select a color, so I just asked for a black one in the comments section of my order.
