I have one in very good condition. I bought it for my last C6 and now have a c7. It needs snaps that are attached to the car. The bra itself has only be put on 2 times when I took road trips. It is GM brand. $35 + shipping.

I have a black stretch bra. Comes with snaps. The snaps are attached to the screws holding the front wheel liner. No holes or tears. Inside edges of end that attaches to the steps are a little frayed from wind buffeting, but otherwise okay.
