These don't look new and why are the headrests different ?
Yes they are new and look new. If you seen them in person you could tell. They were sitting in a garage and there was something on top of the passenger seat and that's why there are two small indents as seen in the pics.
I'm not sure you would have to do a search on here. I know the 2012-2013 seats are a common upgrade for the 05-2011.

The yellow plug under the seat is for the airbag. If your car has no wiring with yellow plug in coming from the front wiring harness, then you just won't be able to plug the air bag in. The pic shows the wiring that is used to plug in the airbag.
