C5 Z06 has M12 (2.97 first) where the C6 Z06 has MM6 (2.66 first) ratio. The C6 Z also has the 1 piece countershaft which makes it the strongest T56 out there.

SO is it direct bolt on to c5z? or?

Not without modified C5 Tailshaft housing and re-splining the pinion gear to match the 30 splined main shaft.
