Although I priced it to ship standard UPS to Wisc 99143 without dis-assembly, which is alarmingly expensive. Don't you people get deliveries from the West Coast out there?!?!
However, for anyone else interested, I imagine freight would be cheaper.

In about 5 days it is going to no longer exist in my world as I don't have room for it. So that's a free S&D lesson, my friend.
