These are for base model corvettes. I suppose you could install without the aftermarket side skirts if you wish.

Yes, if you looked closely at them. There are two mounting holes to mount the rear of the side skirts to. I don't think they would be too noticable but you can be the judge of that.

Approximate measurement from bottom of where fender matches up, to the outside of the splash guard

My skirts come out 2 inches at that area,don't think these will look right with them. Thanks for the pic.
