I have a full ls7 short block (pistons,rods,crank) with 30k miles on it I just pulled to upgrade to a forged block that I am willing to sell. 5k OBO

A new LS7 block is about $2900 delivered. So that should be a good reference point for what a used one is worth. I'd say it's not worth messing with a used block for more than $2500 and preferably closer to $2000. You can also have an old block sleeved with Darton sleeves for about $3000 which would be much stronger than a factory block.

Im assuming your referring to a bare block without rotating assembly.

Yes, bare block prices. Nothing else included. There's a used block on ebay right now for $1600, but it has some rust in the liners, and I'm not sure if it would come out with a hone or not.
