We continue to drive towards the goal of having the most complete, one-stop, highest quality product on the market.*
Today, we'll be posting just a sneak peek (see below), but in the next 2-3 days, we hope to have the final install video for you.
We were so confident our product would pass DOT, we had it built to specs better than the original lenses...so stay tuned!

While the video is being processed/edited/produced/converted and then uploaded, we figured we'd give you a sneak peek into our process. If you have the tools shown in this video there will be no reason not to DIY the project.
Lovepreet came to us to help us do a DIY video for our customers. He did most of the work removing the bumper while we filmed. Then we took over.
The previous owner had done some work on these lenses, uses a reseal that was awful. We re-opened the lenses, installed the Orion V2 (3 ring combo is special order), removed the turn signal lens, blacked out the inner trims to a satin finish, and also wired up a set of DEMON Eyes - which will be installed later as we ran out of time.
All in, it was about 4 hours of work to achieve the results. Our quality of workmanship "speaks" - actually it doesn't speak, it's all in the pictures
No one will show you this level of clarity of their lenses.
BTW - it's confirmed that if you have a second pair of hands, there is no need to drop the bumper, ever. this DIY is far simpler than most of you all imagine.

Sorry to "spam" a little bit of this, but we're pretty proud of these lenses, so we're kind of being a town cryer about them.
What we've learned so far, 2005-2008 C6 probably all use push clips to hold the fender liner in place, while 2009+ use T15 torx screws. This doesn't really change the difficulty of the install, just takes a little bit longer to do.

Due to the incredible volume of product we've been selling, we've been able to put the squeeze on our factory to keep lowering our prices for the next batch. With over 1000 units out there, we've got a new plateau we're aiming for.

A lot of people who have sold these lenses have "blah" here and "blah" there, claiming things that are better or equal or whatever.
We've always designed our units from Day 1 as different AND better than the OEM lenses produced. Now, a different, unaffiliated, LEGITIMATE testing facility has validated our work.
We officially have FORMAL DOT certification but a testing lab that has done and continues to certify Ford, Tesla, Toyota, Nissan, and many other aftermarket brands for DOT meeting or exceeding FMV SS 108. Ask the other guys where their certifications are!
For now, we're keeping our lab that tested it a secret until we can officially use their names (they asked us to hold off naming them).
Highlights from these lab tests are:
1) Greater Luminous intensity with our lenses vs OEM lenses.
2) Our lenses met all test requirments for Photometric tests at all points on low, high, turn signal.
3) Page 16, it shows the output from the new Zen6 lenses is superior to the OEM
4) Page 17, even after a steel wool abrading pad was used our Zen6 lenses STILL passed all photometric requirements.
I won't bore you with all 20 pages unless you want them, but this is the most important 3 pages:

We've had a few emails lately about timing to complete the headlights, so let us get it out here.
If you have sent your headlights in or are planning to, we will have a second installer to work on them starting tomorrow through the end of August. So turn around time should be within 48-72 hours.
