Last 2 weeks for special pre-order pricing. Next week the lenses land on our shores, then 1 more week for customs to clear.

If you can't wait and need them now, the product is still in stock shipping daily

If you are comparing our product with another and you are uncertain about certifications and legality on the road, ask for paperwork, not just random claims and stamps.

BETTER THAN OEM. Better than any other product available!

BTW - here's the difference between the sealant so you can see for yourself why the black stuff takes so much longer. Gray sealant can generally be pulled out in a steady pressure motion with needle nose; black sealant requires countless prying, pulling, and swearing.

The end result is the same with the open groove being ready for the new sealant, but the difference in labor time is 2X.

What year headlights use the grey glue?

You keep it within 200-250 degrees and between 20-30 minutes you can't damage anything.

We estimate that 2005-2008 possible 2008.5 are gray and 2009+ are black.

However a red one we recently did had one of each due to replacement sometime in 2012

QUESTION AND ANSWER [advertorial]
Name: Daryl M
Email: dmXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX@XXXXXXX.XXX

Q:
I purchased a set of Corvette C6 headlight lenses a few months ago. I remember reading on the Corvette forum that you offered a service to replace the lenses. Now that driving season is over for me, I am looking to install the lenses. It looks like the procedure may be a little more complicated than I wish to tackle. Do you still offer this service and if so, how much do you charge for it? I have a 2006 Z06. Thanks.

A: yes, absolutely we offer this service.
it's broken down at $250 for grey sealant removal and replacement + cost of sealant and $350 for black sealant removal and replacement. It takes 2 hours longer to do the black sealant on average. We also offer an expedite fee for 24 hour turn around on the labor for $150 more.

We offer sealant, gaskets, angel eyes, demon eyes, and laser lens etching.

Autumn is almost over and the winter months are likely to see many of you put the cars in storage in the colder climates, now is the time to consider getting some lenses for that winter project

I just changed the lenses in my lights and found the black sealant to be fairly easy to work with. On the first lense I prayed the lense out and most of the sealant stayed in the grove. I used needle nose pliers to grab the sealant. Once I got a piece out I worked my way around the groove, it wasn’t a problem at all but did take some work. When I did the second lense I had a better feel for what to do and I pried under the black sealant. I was pleasantly surprised when all of the sealant stayed attached to the lense. For me the biggest challenge was getting the nuts off. The new lenses look great and it is a job that is definitely worth tackling.

Charley

I installed the new lenses back in August and forgot about them. Well we took a 1000 mile trip in september and did the return 1000 miles at night, stopping only for food and fuel. When it got dark my lights were so much brighter I thought they were out of adjustment. They are brighter now on low beam than they were before on high.......humongous difference....We hit tropical storm wind and rain the last 350 mile at midnight and just keep on the boogie.....best thing I ever did was the new lenses!!
