Swap the o2's from L to R unless you can see the catalyst material on the muffler tips

Thanks for the advice - it's a higher mileage car so I just replaced all 4 O2 sensors... no change in the code.
There has been material spitting out of the exhaust for a while, so I'm really leaning towards a failed cat.
Open to any other suggestions however...
