Turn Key Dry Sump LS3/LS7 Hybrid Engine
I started building this because my FRC has some trans/clutch issues and just figured I'd build a motor and swap everything all at the same time.
Then reality set in and I am not as excited about doing the install along with the dry sump fab work. I like my free weekends too much and volunteering at my animal shelter, and my truck is plenty fast that I can live with it being stock. So I sold my C5 and bought a Grand Sport. With that said I won't give it away, either I get my price or i'll eventually build up the motivation to install it something.
I wanted the 4" stroke but wanted stock like reliability, so I didn't go ***** to the wall, just smart parts, assembled right. I also wanted dry sump, and the displacement without the potential LS7 head issues. I also didn't like the looks of the LS7 sleeve placement. I built it like this to run it hard at the track all weekend and drive it home. Here's what it has. It is essentially an LS7 built with an LS3 block.
For a more adventurous buyer, this thing is a cam swap away from making serious power. I kept the stock cam for CA smog purposes and pump gas. Compression will end up around 11.4:1

Forum Sales Thread Rules
Interference in a For Sale thread
If you don’t like the price or item being offered in for sale thread, take it to e-mail or PMs. Better still, just move on to a thread that is offering something you like the price on.
If you post a criticism of the price or the quality of the item being offered, you will be in violation of Forum rules and subject to sanctions.
If you post your own for sale items to the for sale thread started by someone else, you also are in violation of Forum rules. Start your own thread, rather than jumping into the thread of someone else.
If your contribution to a for sale thread does not advance the sale, you are in the way.

So does it have ***** to the wall LS7 crank or ls3 crank also no mention of displacement.
Will help the sale effort to add some internal parts pics new block and porting receipts and flow numbers.

I don't need tips on the ad, thanks. If you read the ad you'd be able to discern that a 4" stroke at 4.065 would be a 415ci. I have hundreds of pictures upon request for an actual interested buyer.

I still have this and I'm trying to anchor an appointment for an engine dyno. I'd like to move this soon as I'm running out of room in the shop.
