If anyone has a GM lens that was never installed, please pm

RLSebring and another forum member each have aftermarket lenses available. I have dealt with RLSebring when he sold the OEM's, but that source dried up and now he has aftermarket units made and he can/will refurbish your assemblies or sell you the parts to do it yourself. The other source I am not familiar with, but I believe they at least sell the replacement parts.
