I am referring to the rectangular piece that goes behind the bumper to prevent the zr1 style splitter from sagging down at high speeds. The GM equivalent part number is 25954152.

Dont, It doesn’t fit. At least mine doesn’t. And it’s cracked right out of the box. Glad we took a few minutes to inspect it and ensure a good fit before I handed them over to my paint guy and wasted even more money. I’m not even gonna bother wasting time with the side skirts since I’m sure I’ll come to the same conclusion with them. If you like having scrap plastic lying around your garage then this is perfect. I guess we get what we pay for.
Damn that sucks, I have one waiting for me when I get home in a few weeks, did you contact them about it and see if they can help you out with getting a new one or something? from all the reviews I've seen everyone says they fit pretty good.

I can vouch for the Extreme Online Store splitter ... Although my car is a GS, I would think the base model C6 splitter would be very good to.
And at a price of $150 (with free shipping), it can't be beat.
