Comp CT5x Billet 82/100 T6 Turbo
For Sale: Comp Turbo. CT5x chassis. Billet 82mm compressor and 100mm turbine. T6 .96 AR exhaust housing. Triple ball bearing. Billet CHRA and backing plate. Rated by comp to 1400 hp.Just rebuilt by Comp last year. Upgraded to 82mm compressor and 100mm turbine. Always had a filter on it. Zero chips or issues with compressor or turbine. Zero shaft play. Zero smoking, always had the correct feed and drain on it.Turbo is very nice. Smaller chassis than most other turbos (a little smaller than an S400 chassis) and with billet center and backing it is lighter than most as well. Spins for about 45 seconds after you turn the engine off from and idle. Does not include drain or feed.
$1,400 you pay shipping! Or Best Offer. Please be realistic though. If I don't get close to my asking I have no problem putting this back on my motor. It is a very solid turbo with no issues.

You state you upgrades from an 82/100 to an 82/100...typo? Also are you sure thats a T6 and not a T4? If so I was not aware you could acquire a T6 in a 0.96 A/R but the T4 0.96 is the most common turbine housing out there for mid frame turbos.
Thanks

I never specified what it was before. It was an 80mm before with a smaller turbine as well - Now 82/100.
I am 100% sure it is a T6 flange. I've replaced the gasket with a new one from LJMS and the part I ordered is a T6 gasket which fit perfect. Part of the upgrades was this new .96 housing which was I think $600 or $800 alone. It is not common but it can be done for a price.
This would be a PERFECT turbo for a guy with a 4.8 or 5.3 wanting to make some power while retaining really nice street characteristics of someone wanting a fast spooling large turbo. It lights of really nice on the street. My current 376 is just a little to big for it IMO.
