EXISTING ORDERS - FIRST 15
The first 15 units have not yet been confirmed as delivered by AIR, however we're going to go ahead and generate labels for all of you to save that extra 10 days of shipping overall. The moment they land, they will be sent out. TRS has had some issues with shipments using our labels because technically it breaks their work flow - while they use the same shipping service, they have to change how they manage customer provided labels. They are making an exception for us - and we are very thankful for that because it means we get to make our customers happier faster in 99% of cases - that means basically that instead of the shipment getting put on a pallet, it's going direct to all of you via 2-3 day shipping. So it's possible that by this weekend, many of you will be installing your lights while watching NCAA Tournaments.

We have been informed that there is a batch of SEQUENTIAL tails still available in RED direct from the original factory. Of those of you not on the first 15, please let us know if you would be interested in those at a discount to get them quicker. We can reveal the details of those in private for the time being.
Just got better.....umn sends out tracking info on package that doesn't even exist. This info is useless!! Send us the airfreight way bill so we can track when or if the shipment has left the factory.
The top 15 people should have received all your tracking numbers by now.
We got 1 bounce back message from MRM, everyone else's information should be there now.
We're actively monitoring the delivery with Matt at TRS. The labels were generated this morning so that the minute the parts land there is no further ground shipping delays and all the shipments are done via 2 day shipping. FYI - TW = taiwan.
James, you aren't the longest waiting, we have 3 customers that have waited since 3+ months before you.

Ya'll don't think a cargo plane arriving from another country is just going to land here in the US, open its cargo door, let a forklift right in and pull a pallet containing 50 taillights, and watch someone drop the pallet off outside the gate where a guy is going to slap some labels on each box and hand them off to the UPS driver who will receive and ship these straight to customers' doors do you?
Priority Labels: That's been talked about for several days now. It should not have taken more than an hour to fill out 15 labels by hand, so why the delay in something so simple?
Since I am not in the batch of the first 15, do you need me to mail you a shipping label just in case the shipment containing my lights shows up in a couple of weeks? Just let me know.
Labels for Priority Mail can be "stale date" by the post office within 3-4 days of label and may not always be accepted. Our post office has no problem with older date items, but many post offices around the country have people that see a date that is 1 week old and will delay the shipment further.
Once we get confirmation that we're "CLOSE" that's when we made the labels. We do not need any customers to send us their own labels.
Nope nothing yet, but after calling and talking with Umn I have no doubt we will all get our lights. The background explanation really helped me with understanding what the hell is going on and I really appreciated the time they took with me. Let's just be patient for awhile longer, the wait will be worth it when we install these bad boys!
