Got my AutoXray scanner
with PC and GM enhanced added, have right at $400 in it. Expensive, but the convenience of being handheld might be worth it!?
Anyway, hope to do some scanning tonight or tomorrow. I am curious to see how far the ltrms are off, and see why so many people are having problems with intake/exhaust upgrades.

There's also some comfort in having a tool that's made for use in the garage. I'm not very comfortable balancing my $3K laptop on the center console or driving around with it in the passenger seat.

Keep us posted on the X-ray!
I will buy it for my C6 Z06 if you like it. I sent an email to the vendor regarding whether the tool w/GM upgrade would work for my car and never heard back.
Thanks!

Don't buy it. It only captures 29 data points (I thought it would capture 29 items, NOT 29 total reads). Also, it doesn't work with 06's yet (although I'm sure it soon will)
Mine is going back. Guess I'll go ahead an get the new Autotap, since my older version doesn't work with the new cars.

sorry I couldn't respond sooner, but the forum keeps giving me errors.
The AutoXray is a great scanner, BUT is very limited in it's ability to capture data. In other words, you can read (real time) 66 pieces of data, but you can only capture/store/transfer to PC 29 data points. Basically, at one scan per second, that is 29 seconds worth of data.
For scanning data for real tuning purposes, you need to be able to store 25-20 minutes worth of data, not 29 seconds. I've ordered the new Autotap, and while it can't do all of the enhanced GM properties (yet), it has unlimited storage, and most of what I need is included in the generic OBD2
I really like the convenience of the AutoXray size, it simply needs more memory for storing captured data.
