Not clear to me...is that a $75.00 mailorder tune available when you purchase HPTuners from you guys or is that a $75.00 tune being offered independent of an HPTuners purchase?

It takes time and research to learn. You don't become an excellent surgeon your first day of medical school. Same thing. You don't become an excellent tuner the day you recieve you hp cable. The good thing is that there is a weath of knowledge out there waiting for you to grab it. There are many courses that you can take as well. How much you learn and how fast you learn is up to you.
