does holley make the dominator efi stand alone for a ls7? does is work with stock cam and crank sensors or do you need to add/change stuff for sensors?

Do you use the auto tune feature? Just trying to see how well this would work on a build LS7 with 15% of boost and meth. Not really sure how well it would be.

Doesn't Holly make an auto tuner. A self tuning system?

Its only an AFR table. You still have to tune a LOT of other things in the computer. Not as simple as plugging it in and it tuning it self. Once the entire holley is setup it will add or subtract fuel only to get it to the necessary AFR

Which just about every stand alone these days does.

Holleys are great systems, but behind in the traction control and no plug and play options like proefi/haltech/aem last time I checked.

Did one in a vega with a 408LS and 88mm setup. Was easy to tune, and a great system, but for a street car, I would go with a different system IMO.

This! the Holley is great but it will only auto correct to the AFR targets you set by wideband feedback. You need to know where to set the targets as well as how to build a reasonable timing table for the setup beyond other sensors etc.

I have not used one on a C6 though. Mainly on swaps.
