Check the HP Tune repository. It has both the stock tune and injector info as I believe the Edelbrock kit uses ZR1 injectors (which are covered there). An Edelbrock kit complete tune should be found in the Gen 4 engine tuning section.

There are two guys on this forum that are the best at hp tunes and one is a HP tune forum moderator , was thinking if you made a new post he could direct to to what you need

Here are the only two I could find on the repository that mention Edelbrock. I have no idea if the injector data is right for either of these, I've never really had any luck with any data for injectors except for ID's, so that's all I try to use anymore.
There may be some others on the forum somewhere, I haven't searched around on there
