Dyno vs Street Tune
Is there an advantage of one over the other. The dyno tune would give me bragging rights i.e. hp and torque. the street tuner says his is better because it would be tuned for the way I drive. Thoughts?

I have learned over the past few months that street tuning seems to be the way to go. Honestly both is best. I think doing most of the tuning on the dyno is great and then make sure its not knocking and make final adjustments on the street. Obviously the dyno isnt 100% real world results.

This seems to be a common topic lately
Bottom line is you drive on the street, so tuning there is ideal, aside from the whole going to jail for WOT runs thing. And the whole dyno chart thing.
You could always just do a WOT pull or two on a dyno if you want a chart.

Melting Slicks
It's the tuner that really matters, the good guys will get it right however they do it. A load bearing dyno gets you thru the tables much quicker & into area's that are very difficult on the street.
I've not had much success with lower gear & light load's on the dyno. I do get a very good starting point from the dyno, stable steady accurate data in those cells.
