Dyno Tune Results
I had my Grand Sport dyno tuned last week by the most reputable tuner in the area.
I'm very pleased with how the car runs.
I was told in advance, by my installer, that the dyno (Dyno Dynamics) is conservative and not to expect big numbers.
Two noteworthy aspects of the curves:
1) The torque curve is quite flat between 3750 and 5750 rpm.
2) Max HP is attained at just under 6000 rpm, but at 6500 rpm hasn't dropped off significantly. Because of this the tuner set the WOT shift points at 6300 rpm.
Modifications are Kooks 1 7/8 LT headers, catted x-pipe, and K&N CAI.
