Default Dealer tune up

Took my 05 C6 to Scoggin Dicky dealer to have a tune up. Was quoted around $500 for tune and servicing fluids, general check up, plug wires if needed.

Asked about replacing O2 sensors. wires, radiator flush, new hoses and belt estimated at possibly $1,000. Stock Ls2, CAI, BB X tube, BB exhaust minor mods only

Don't know if that's OK or if I need to take it to local tuner/speed shop to get mild street cam kit, balancer and use them for the tune and dyno.

1K might go a long way towards the @2,500 to 3,000 cam and tune, new hoses wires and O2 they would likely do anyway.

Any input for a newbie is appreciated. My goal is a good week ender street car with lumpy cam sound and 400 Hp 12.? second 1/4...possible.
