California Compliant Handheld Tuner?
Are there any California compliant handheld tuners for C6 corvette with LS2 and 4 Speed Auto? I'm looking for something with the ability to clear DIC Codes, Disarm Traction Control, and help with fuel enrichment/spark.
Does something like this exist?

Yup, i2050.

You wont have access to disable TC as that's not generally something you can do in a tune. As it is 50 state legal, it has less params than the standard tools so no WOT spark or fuel adjustment, but it does have a 91 octane tune as well as firm or hard shift options for the TCM, can read/clear codes, datalog, etc.
Thanks

No spark adjustments and no fueling adjustments.. what's the point again? Sorry, but that's the exact opposite of what the OP was asking for.

I think the point is "50 state legal" In time this may be all that is available if the EPA gets everything on it's wish list. It does have a 91 octane tune that is also 50 state legal. He can choose alternate shift programs that might enhance the driving experience, can read and erase DTCs. Is it a handheld tuner? Not in the sense that the OP might like but, legal is the key question. I have no vested interest in the product incidentally.

Are you suggesting that Diablosport tunes are CARB certified?

Sounds like they have a specific carb legal tuner/setup that has limited and less changed.
That doesn't imply that all diablo tunes are carb legal, just the specific ones they get carb approved.

CARB has a dBase of aftermarket and performance parts on its web site. You can search for parts only by EO. Maybe someone from Diablo can give us the EO number for this tune so it can be found on this website. I will be surprised.

Diablosport is not the only handheld offering compliant tunes, Hondata does this for a new Honda Civic turbo with much the same restricted end user functions. To achieve the certification is not an inexpensive move for those companies but ensures their place in the market, off road versions will continue to exist for "competition vehicles". The threat to tuning is very real.

EPA/ CARB/ Etc are cracking down on tuning. A lot of tuners have got letters, legal threats, etc. They are going after parts that are marked "off road only". There is a big push to crack down on tuning devices going on right now.

Its more of a going after the device people. SCT/ Diablo/Bully dog/etc.
Some big name shops too, but haven't heard anything here yet. I know my friends that own a performance shop in Utah had EPA people show up, and it turned into a **** storm. To the point where cars have to be towed into to their lot and towed out because the tunes are "off road only".

Are they going to have any funding left by the time Trump is done?

We can hope that they (EPA) use remaining resources to pursue real environmental concerns and leave our hobby alone. You can thank all the "Utubers" and their coal rolling diesel truck videos for bringing on the attention. From what I gather this storm has been brewing for about 5 years, the first sign being rear O2 sensor delete features being removed from handheld units unless "pro racer software" accompanied the purchase. Pro racer software=off road use only. There are indications that EPA wants to regulate emissions of race vehicles as well.
