I have a 08 z06, currently have headers, cai, exhaust, cam making 580whp, im about to install a mamo ported msd intake, dsx flex fuel kit and fast 85lb injectors, will my car start and drive 10 miles to my tuner with the new injectors? And should i drive the car there as empty as possible and bring e85 with me or will the car run on e85 for the 10 mile drive?

I wouldn't. The intake and flex fuel kit are fine without a tune, but the injectors will make it run horrible if it even runs at all.

Thanks thats what i figured, what do you suggest? Install the injectors at the shop before he tunes it and bring a jug of e85 to put in my tank? Will the car run with the flex fuel kit, intake and e85 in the tank?

Install the intake and flex fuel kit, and drive there on gas. Bring ethanol to swap in and do the injectors in the parking lot.
