Borla and BlackWing
So, I have a 2013 GS. I have added a Borla ATAK exhaust and a Blackwing CAI (of course we know it is really just a different air filter). However under full acceleration it now has a "surge". It is throwing no codes so I think it is not hurting anything but was wondering if a tune is in order?

The only CAI that does not surge on most cars is the VARARAM...
There are many reports of surge using the other brands of CAI
This surge is the reason why GM put a Hemholtz resonator on the LS3 Air box as it is very sensitive to air flow ....
Sometimes you can tune it out and sometimes you can't..
