Corvette C6 2006 cannot start
Hi Guys, this Is my first post on this forum, I need little help with this car
My frend has this car Corvette C6, with start problem. I come from Europe and we do not have offical service for car like this.
I owe small car wokshop in my town and I want to fix this problem somehow, if someone can please help me...
Car battery was flat for 2 days, now cannot start anymore, I have two DTC inside PCM
P0315
P1631
I cannot delete this DTC, and yellow lock/lamp is blinking on left corner
I did found manual for immosyncTurn ON the ignition leaving the engine OFF for 11 minutes.
Turn OFF the ignition for 30 seconds.
Turn ON the ignition leaving the engine OFF for 11 minutes.
Turn OFF the ignition for 30 seconds.
Turn ON the ignition leaving the engine OFF for 11 minutes or until DTC P1630 sets.
Turn OFF the for 30 seconds.
Turn ON the ignition leaving the engine OFF and wait 30 seconds.
did try, but no success
In passenger glove box I found small hole for FOB insert, but still nothing, remote works OK
Where do you think my problem is?
I also noticed:
It has also problem with inner buttons for door opening, problem on both sides
And battery consumption while car is sleeping, I mesured 6A (battery is flat in 8h)
Can someone help me somehow and sorry for my bad language

Melting Slicks
kinds seems like a security issue with the key fobs to me
put fresh batteries in key fob, fresh battery in car and see what happens
also, keep the key fobs a good distance from the car otherwise its always communicating with the car and runs the battery down faster.
that was told to me after a situation where my car wouldnt start or recognize my #1 key fob
hope this helps

New battery to start with. Not a shortage of electronics on these cars.
The fob can be placed in the glove box in its "spot" with a dead fob battery and the car will start. Don't ask how I know.
