Talked to the SCT techs
Tried pulling fuses for Radio AMP, ABS and Stability
Disconnected battery POS and NEG cables
Held Brake for 3 minutes
show 12 volts on the info screen
Still getting the upload error #110B 8

I am not applying the brake on ignition turn on, Holding button for a 3 count as per directions and releasing button

Any help is appreciated
