HP Tuner needed in Orange county N.Y.
Good day,
I have an 09.c6 Z06 procharged e85 build. Im looking for anyone who could access my tune with an HP Tuner and turn on the catalyst and rear o2 sensors. Without this I'm going to fail NY emissions again..
