Default Best computer for tunning and boosted engine

Just wondering what is the best computer system to use and why I have lot of experience with FAST units in the past. EFI PRO, HOLLEY, MEGA SQUIRT, ETC..

Is this for a C6? There are lots of options to tune the stock PCM on the C6. I wouldn't swap out for something else. Guys are getting 1000+ whp with alternate maps and firmware in the stock PCM.

To be clear, you'll be changing a lot of parts to get more power, and adding a blower or turbo. The block itself is rock solid reliable to 600hp or so, and can be nursed to 700 ish. Beyond that, you're looking at major expenses with new block in addition to all the bolt ons and internal upgrades.

Yes it is for a 6C z06 just wondering if I bite the bullet and order a set up now or when I actually do make over 1200whp. If I have the opportunity to get a good deal on one is it worth it or just wait until I actually need it... And what to get.. knowing I'd rather tune it myself..

Are there particular features you're looking for that the stock computer can't provide? There are def. people in that power range running the stock computer. Not to say the aftermarket stuff doesn't add some extra toys...

I guess the point would be is I would like to make much more power in the future and know that I'm going to have to get an aftermarket so why spend the money with OEM stuff right now... So back to my post which computer system seems better and why

The one that your tuner prefers and knows best.

Blah blah blah yes I know money Yup Yup.... How come nobody can just answer the question? I rather spend more right now than have it constantly accumulate over the next several years.. And I will be the tuner not somebody else me! I'm beginning to think that this is pointless

Because there isn't a clear cut "this one is better in all circumstances no matter what" winner.
