Can you just buy the cow booster alone? and will it work without having chucks other stuff. Thanks

ABSOLUTELY! I can do it alone, with my tune.... or in conjunction with your existing tune REGARDLESS of mods or tuning.

I can even add it to ECMs with HPT custom operating systems and locked computers 99% of the time.
